Competition in honor of 100th birthday of Latvia. PART 1 - PASTRY COOK.
The Restaurant Service School hosted a competition for our upcoming catering professionals.
On the 1st day our pastry cooks showed what they learned in 2 months.
The theme of the competition was "Desserts for Latvia."
1st place - Anastasia Kozlova
2nd place - Veronika Ostafijicka
3rd place - Diana Kaušele
